Gupta Machine Tools currently has more than 120,000 square feet in investment properties, with a mix of residential, commercial and industrial spaces, which are leased out. There are several other projects under construction for industrial real estate which will see a further increase in our real estate holdings.
Stock Market Holdings
Gupta Machine Tools is a regular long-only investor in the Indian Stock Markets. We own significant holdings in a number of large Indian firms, with a mix of several blue-chip and growth stocks in our portfolio. As of March 2024 our portfolio is valued at 1.8 billion INR.
