The company has invested in several investment properties foremost among them are
floors in IT buildings in Pune. The company owns four and a half floors in four different buildings mainly in Baner, Wakdewakdi and Vimannagar.
The company has an industrial plot with building at sector 25 Faridabad which has been let out.
We also recently purchased in partnership with two other parties, a land adjacent to Mathura Road in Faridabad as an investment property.
The company has valuable property at Ashram Chowk New Delhi which is currently subjuiced at Supreme Court.
Other Investments
The company owns several shares in the stock market and in financial instruments like perptual bonds of Canara Bank bonds of UP Power Corporation and other securities like commercial papers etc., and is active on the stock market as well.
